RedRock Technologies, Ltd., GRIEVEYOURTAXES WEBSITES, Zillow.com, LIBOR and MLSLI are the sole owners of the data they provide.  The website Zillow.com and MLSLI.com are not affiliated in any way with grieveyourtaxes.com or RedRock Technologies, Ltd.  The link to mlsli.com is provided merely as a convenience and the use of this link does not negate their Terms of Use which is stated on their respective websites.  The use of their sites and their Terms and Conditions are separate from our Terms and Conditions which is outlined below.  Grieveyourtaxes.com is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by LIBOR, MLSLI.com and or Zillow.com.

This website is for residential use only. Any commercial use without prior written authorization from RedRock Technologies, LTD. is strictly prohibited.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts sitting in New York, County of Suffolk and/or Eastern District of New York in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of any of our grieveyourtaxes websites.  Use of the GRIEVEYOURTAXES WEBSITES is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions.

IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE GRIEVEYOURTAXES WEBSITES OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE GRIEVEYOURTAXES WEBSITES.

Payment and Refund Policy:

Payments for services for use of grieveyourtaxes websites are handled by PayPal.  Payment information on your account will show charges from RedRock Technologies.

Refunds:

Our site provides at no charge the necessary information for you to make a determination as to whether or not continuing with your property tax grievance petition is in order.  WE MAKE NO SUCH DETERMINATION OR CLAIMS AS TO YOUR SUCCESS.  No refund is due once payment is completed and your property comparables and subsequent reports are presented and produced according to our current offering.

Your Information:

We will not give out any information you submit at our site to any third parties except in compliance with a request of a law enforcement agency. Under no circumstances will your name, e-mail, phone number or address be sold to, or given to any other parties. We will never willfully sell, lease, or rent any of your or your business' personally identifiable information to any third party.
